Hello It Has Only Been Three Days Since I Got

Hello it has only been three days since I got my tragus pierced. I mean it three times a day, first with antibacterial soap and then with NeilMed saline wound solution. There is no redness and I the piercing itself is sometimes a bit sore. My only concern is that my inner ear canal is super itchy but not the actual piercing itself, is that normal? What should I do?
