Hello, It Seems Like At Least Once A Week After

Hello, it seems like at least once a week after a bowel movement there is severe pain in my urethra. I had tests done and the doctor told me there was no S.T.D or urinary tract infection. I am at a loss as what to do now and when it happens the pain is almost unbearable. Thanks
