Hello, Ive Been On Birth Control For Over A Year

Hello, ive been on birth control for over a year now, earlier this month i missed two of my birth control pills and i took them right away along with my pill for that day. acouple days later i was sexually active and wasnt protected, my partner wasnt sure if he cummed or not. so i took plan B three days later along with my birth control pills. Im on my suggar pills now and i have discharge alot with some light pink bood when i wipe. its not dark just very light. should i be okay or worried?
