Hello, I've Got Antibiotics For My Thypus Last Saturday To

Hello, i've got antibiotics for my Thypus last Saturday to take for 4 times a day, 4 days after that (wednesday) i just read the label and I accidentally took the wrong dose of antibiotics.
I have been taking only half my antibiotics for 4 days now, 1 capsule for cloramphenicol instead of 2 capsules that is prescribed.
I took the intended amount starting today. I have 1 day left to take my pills until the course should be completed but what should I do?
