Hello jus start taking coreg. I was recently in the hospital due to high blood pressure I had numerous test done . I found out the left side of my heart was slightly enlarged from my blood pressure levels
will my heart eventually go back to normal?
once I change my diet and exercise
I have started working out and removing meat,breads and all sodiums from my diet.
