Hello, l am 46, female. Ive had an mirena iud for many years now and havent had any problems. Recently, after sex with my husband, have been experiencing soreness in the vagina and lower abdomen. I also have mild pulling pain in my left side around the time of menstruation and a few times upon orgasm. Any ideas? Thank u
