Hello, Last Week My Left Ear Started Feeling Full Or

Hello, last week my left ear started feeling full or congested with some dizziness, also noticed my lymph node right below my ear by jaw was a little Enlarged, went to statcare and prescribed antibiotics which I finished yesterday but my symptoms still precist. no other symptoms.
