Hello, Lately I've Been Worried About Throat Cancer. I Sometimes

Hello, lately I've been worried about throat cancer. I sometimes have a feeling of a lump in my throat but goes away. At the same time there is a raw feeling and a sore throat .Sometimes there will tick sound also while swallowing saliva. My ears have been very mildly hurting for a few minutes throughout the day and sometimes my tongue is tingly. I used smoke on average about 10 cigarettes a day for the last 5 years.
I visited two ENT doctors first doctor treated for pharyngitis and the second doctor treated for allergy and post nasal drip. Next week again I am going to meet the same ENT because I am suffering from the same symptoms. Please advice me. Thank you very much.
