Hello Mam. I Am 1st Trimester Pregnant Now. In Me

Hello mam. I am 1st trimester pregnant now. In me everything is normal. My first baby got aborted with in 2month. So my gynic is giving ecosprin AV 75 mg. But in my blood report thyroid level is more that is 3.88. They tell that is should be less than 2.5 but my doctor told no need to worry. Is there any problem or will it effect my baby or i should start with thyroid medicine.
