Hello Me And My Husband Both Have Ureaplasma Right Now

Hello me and my husband both have ureaplasma right now and are worried about our 3 year old if she can catch this. Read it can be transferred by saliva and mucous as well and she shares our drinks and has had a bad cough for about 6 weeks now and Dr's have no clue what can be causing it. Could she possibly have ureaplasma and would it be causing her cough?
