Hello Me And My Husband Have Been Trying To Conceive.

Hello me and my husband have been trying to conceive. My last period was on July 30 2016. I was suppose to start on August 26. For 2 days I cramped, had some brown discharge only when I wiped and a few small brown clots. I took two HPT but they where both negative. Could this mean I have a good chance in being pregnant
