Hello Me And My Wife Have Been Taking Recreational Opiates

Hello me and my wife have been taking recreational opiates for about 3 years now. It's is now getting to the point where they don't work anymore and we take them to feel normal. We do not have the time to stand in line at the methadone clinic daily between 4 kids and demanding professional jobs that isn't possible are there any alternatives that don't involve daily appointments.
