Hello Me From Nepal ,i Have Anxiety Since Last Couple

Hello me from nepal ,i have anxiety since last couple of months and docter prescribed me with 50mg atenolol and 15mg metrazlapin and izm still using it but m'y panick attack has stoped and ive also tried trasformational magic trick fromdr Harry cintron and breathing technique from de.lior el bar.i use mouthfreshner which contains tobbaco in very less amount.now my Blood pressure Is 130/90 before treatment it was 140/100 i also want to quit medicine and now i have problem when i l'ay down on bed my heart beats faster and my lower body parts shakes what should i do? Plz help me i also feel week in my left body parts l'île legs and hands
