Hello, Most Times When I Enter The Bathroom After My

Hello, most times when I enter the bathroom after my husband has done his daily "sit down" it smells of feet. I ask him "do you play with your feet while you are on the toilet?" he says "no". I am a CNA and have dealt with 100s of different individuals stools and never have I came across one that smelt of fish. Why is that?
