Hello My 14 Year Old Daughter Has Been In Severe

Hello my 14 year old daughter has been in severe pain over a sore throat to the point where she is waking up and crying in the middle of the night. She has no fever. She was tested negative for strep and she also said her right ear is bothering her. she has a little cough but its not with mucous. She is in pain when swallowing. this has been going on 5 days now and no signs of anything getting better. she is taking 600 mg of motrin every 6 hours and sometimes she feels relief sometimes she don't.
