Hello My 19 Year Old Daughter Is Having Acute Pain

Hello my 19 year old daughter is having acute pain on her right side it starts in her back but she can feel it radiating into her stomach. She says when she lays flat, she could feel the pain higher up in her back area. It came on this morning as she was making breakfast, it has been constant throughout the day and she is now complaining of it hurting when she takes a deep breath. She has her gall bladder removed two years ago after being fully obstructed. Wondering if she could be having kidney stones? She has no problem with voiding her bladder and she has been using the restroom in all normal ways. Tried ibuprofen, heat, and rest throughout the day with no relief. Wondering if I should take her into the e.r.
