Hello My 2 Year Old Son Had Fallen Over And

Hello my 2 year old son had fallen over and bumped his head earlier on today about 6pm he was fine and his normal self but about half an hour ago he woke up had a coughing fit and got sick, but he has also been ill and getting sick quite abit so just needed advice, he has been his normal self and checked every other symptom of concussion with him and he has no other signs what shall I do?
