Hello My 3 Week Old Newborn Fell Off The Bed

Hello my 3 week old newborn fell off the bed onto our hard wood floor. She cried immediately for a minute and I was able to console her. I did not see any visible injuries, just a very small scratch and bump on the top of her forehead. It is really late so she almost immediately went back to sleep, I've been able to wake her briefly to eat, but she is now sleeping again. Should I take her to the ER to get checked out or just observe her? Thank you.
