Hello, My 3 Year Old Son Had A Seizure Yesterday

Hello, my 3 year old son had a seizure yesterday morning and it was his first time experiencing one. The hospital checked his temperature, glucose, and even did blood test and everything came back fine. Now, out of curiousity, I just checked his temperature and it read 95.7 and he's a lil sweaty...what should I do? What does this mean?
