Hello My 3yr Old Son Has Recently Started Blinking And

Hello my 3yr old son has recently started blinking and twitching his eyes started a couple days before christmas. Its more constant now than it was when it first started. He also gets random nose bleeds or has bloody boogers should I be worried his doc appt isn't till the 18th of this month should I try getting him in sooner?
