Hello, My 6 Year Old Son As Been Complaining Of

Hello, my 6 year old son as been complaining of left side pain on and off now for about 10 days. He says he notices it will go left to right and at one point I was concerned because at one point he screamed bloody muderr and then I gave him ibuprofen and he was fine he did not complain again tll tonight and said he notices it when he sneezes.
