Hello, My 6 Yr Old Son Has Been Vomiting And

Hello, my 6 yr old son has been vomiting and having diarrhea since 7am this morning. He doesn't have any thing left in his stomach and he is spitting up a bright yellowish mucus like spit. I have given him sips of ginger ale but it comes up in minutes. No fever, or cold symptoms , what can I do ?
