Hello, My 8 Year Old Daughter Had A Fever On

Hello, my 8 year old daughter had a fever on Sunday. The next day I notice two blisters on her chin (which lasted two days) Monday-Wednesday she woke up with a headache but no fever. On Wednesday she had a terrible ear ache. Now she just congested. Should I take her to the doctor? I think she ok right now she just has head congestion
