Hello, My 8 Year Old Son Has Has A Fever

Hello, my 8 year old son has has a fever of 102 for 2 days, I've been giving him Motrin and keeping him cool but he is not drinking or eating much. He also has diarrhea and vomiting. What else can I do to help him and is his temp dangerous at 102? Thank you, Gloria
