Hello, My ADHD Is RUINING My Life. I Have Tried

Hello, my ADHD is RUINING my life. I have tried to deal with it before turning to medications for help, however it is almost uncontrollable now. I am on the verge of getting fired from my job as (waitress). I jump from one thing to the next, interrupt customers, Co workers, and even customers. I can't focus on one thing it's like I'm bouncing off the walls mentally and physically. I feel disgusted when I look in the mirror at myself. I truly need help and I'm so embarrassed that I contain what I say or do. My boss, parents, and significant other all suggested I go see a Doctor, but due to the drug problem in my area I was diagnosed, but denied the medications I need. Please help me.
