Hello My Mom Had A Sudden Onset Of Uncontrolled Shaking

Hello my Mom had a sudden onset of uncontrolled shaking of one arm. Then when it stopped she could not speak. I rushed her to the ER on the way she had facial distortion. She then was admitted to the hospital had all kinds of test done with no answers. She has had several more epis odes since then. Been admitted to the hospital several times. Each time no results. She did see a neurologist who did test and told her to see a shrink. UGH. Telling her that it is stress. Recently she noticed that each time she has the speech issue she has had a headache before it happens. Can you give any suggestions?
