Hello, My Sister Has'nt Access On Line, So I Am

Hello, my Sister has'nt access on line, so I am calling for her. She has experienced severe panic and anxiety attacks through nasty people, but now when she gets up she feels shakes and feels cold inside but also experiences pins and needles in her arms and feels hot. After 2 hours or so she feels better and the problem returns in the evening. I am concerned for her any ideas on her problem?
