Hello My Back Bottom Tooth Has Just Recently Chipped. Now

Hello my back bottom tooth has just recently chipped. Now its hard to eat anything without it hurting. My chipped tooth don't hurt, but my tongue hurts, and I'm thinking the gums under the chipped tooth are sore as well, as theyre tender when i felt them with my fingers. The left side of my throat feels a little sore when i rub it (the same side where my tooth chipped and tongue/gums are sore). My back teeth, top and bottom, felt sensitive for a few weeks prior to my bottom tooth chipping. I don't know what's wrong? I want to go to the dentist but I don't have no insurance but I would like to get something done.
