Hello, My Boyfriend Has Suffered & Been Hospitalised For Pneumonia

Hello, my boyfriend has suffered & been hospitalised for pneumonia last year and the year before, he has recently out of no where got a real chesty cough lost a fair amount of weight starting to get dark rings under his eyes lack of energy to do anything, if we are laughing and joking around he has a coughing fit! He won't go to the hospital do I convince him he has to?
