Hello, My Cat This Morning Started To Throw Up A

Hello, my cat this morning started to throw up a clear fluid and has not eaten anything or shown interest in eating anything. he does get dry food so we tried a wet and wont even smell it and usually would be all over it. i have been giving him small amounts of water through a straw. he has diarrhea and the smell is strong. what should i do
