Hello, My Collarbone Had A Fracture Due To A Falling

Hello, my collarbone had a fracture due to a falling incident in August it had little to no displacement, healed well. During my healing time I smoked, around 9 weeks after I was cleared and began playing football again, until I caught a stinger a week after . Now my muscles in my shoulder and arm can't lift my arm as well without pain but picking up the arm with my other arm is painless what's the problem? Also when I move there is a painless clicking noise at the fracture sight.
