Hello , My Dad Is A CKD Patient And His

Hello , my dad is a CKD patient and his creatine level according to the latest report was 3.7%. He also has tuberculoma (two lession sized 2*7mm & 8*9mm) and dismmenated tuberculosis. He is aged 71 and is currently under anti t.b drug medication . After one month of treatment he got his first seizure. He is taking levipil 500 mg as prescribed by doc and another MRI brain scan is also suggested now . Are there any chances that he can develop further seizures and why could a person develop seizure if hes undertreatment for tuberculoma ? Does that mean his medicines are not working ?
