Hello, My Daughter Has Been Experiencing Swollen Lymph Nodes On

Hello, my daughter has been experiencing swollen lymph nodes on both sides of her neck. Many Dr's been tested for many things all negative, yet the glands are obviously swollen but no adenoid, tonsil, or sore throat involvement. We are seeing a ped. rheumotologist at the end of Nov.
Is it possible that she is a celiac? I was informed by a researcher at MIT that is is a very strong possibility. Thanks.
