Hello My Daughter Is 5 . When She Was Three

Hello my daughter is 5 . When she was three she started precocious puberty . Her bone scan came back that she was 3 months older and we watched it closely and checked her thyroid and other blood work came back normal . She is in the 2nd percentile for hight and weight she weights 30 pounds and is 42" tall . Her new bone scan came in and now they say she is in bone years 8 years old . She hasn't grown in a year or gained any weight in 1 1/2 years . She also now has under arm hair and started getting pubic hair she has body oder . My concern is she's so small and young and normally all her blood work is normal except this time . Her ers westeergren is 28 mm/h should be between 0-20 . Her absolute neutrophils is 10,780 cells/ul shouldn't be over 8,500 . Some of the blood work isn't back yet and they don't know why it's been 5 days . But what has come back is normal except those two and her bone scan . What is going on with her I am completely lost and scared for her she's so young she has no idea what's happining with all these tests and strange doctors and no one really giving me answers as to why this is even happining to her
