Hello My Daughter Is 6yrs Old N Suffering From Typhoid.first

Hello my daughter is 6yrs old n suffering from typhoid.first 4 days she was having fever 103-104 n not decreasing n v thought its viral v went near dr n she auggeayed Cbc n widal test n d report came wid typhoid.from last 6 days she's under antibiotic Cef 3 and Ace syrup. After 4 days temp came down to 102 but today 6th day it's again 104. Whole day she's fyn but when she sleeps in d afternoon after waking her temp is 102 n at night her temp again increases 102 from last 2 days but tonite now her temp is agin 104. I'm so tensed pls suggest me is she fyn. Morning when she gets up she eats little chocos n after dat coconut water after 2hrs n Dan lunch little rice n fish n after dat in d evening one banana n at night again little rice n fish n in between she takes oral saline one to one n half packet. Pls suggest me wt to do is she ok is she taking proper amount of food or u want me to increase.she doesn't wants to eat she cries.
