Hello My Daughter Is 7 She Was Complaining Of Feeling

Hello my daughter is 7 she was complaining of feeling unwell this morning her temp was 37.7. I have cal pol. She has slept a bit, her temp has gone up again to 38.9 then 39.1 and back down, I have given her another lit of cal pol. She has runny nose and eyes.
We have just returned,from a trip to France where last week she had a septic toe from a stubbed toe that got. Infected, also ear ache and then a rash on her body ( that was around 10 days ago)
