Hello My Daughter Who Is 1 Going On 2 In

Hello my daughter who is 1 going on 2 in October has pooped grey for 2 days this becomes very scary as long as I remember she hates to poop and when she absolutely has too she will stiff her body squeeze her legs and scream as if she's in extreme pain this is all soft poo....I try to rule out dairy thinking when she drinks milk or eats cheese she does this well yesterday it began and she has had no dairy.....I have googled gluten intolerance and she fits a lot of the description as of extreme dry skin, clumsiness, irritable, runny nose etc. She also has ran a fever for the past week but plays like she's fine until she hgascto poop...the grey poop what could this be?
