Hello, My Daughter,is Now 22 And Ever Since Having Her

Hello, my daughter,is now 22 and ever since having her menstral cycle,think, she started at 14, well her first day, she gets very ill, I Mean I have been with her, and she has vomited 16hrs straight! She gets in and out of tub, that comforts her,And what scares me is her arms get numb and her fingers cramp up! She cant keep anything down, but I make her take sips of vitamin water, being afraid of dehydration, and we have taken several trips to ER to get relief, She has had a pap, was fine, What Is This?
