Hello! My Doctor Told Me To Take Estofrem And Androcur

Hello! my doctor told me to take estofrem and androcur because of hormonal problems! She told me to take 20 days and stop 7 days! but I skipped 2 days, should I continue to take 2 more pills to make them 20 pills in 22 days then stop 7 days? or what should I do? Thank you
