Hello, My Dog Bit My Middle Finger Yesterday About 24

Hello, my dog bit my middle finger yesterday about 24 hours ago. My finger is super sore and the skin around the wound is turning white. When he bit me his tooth grabbed the cuticle and ripped it most of the way out. It hurts to bend my finger and it starting to make my entire hand hurt. Should I go see the doctor or will it be fine on it's own.
