Hello My Elderly Mother Has Been Prescribed With Deralin To

Hello my elderly mother has been prescribed with Deralin to treat essential tremor. The higher the does the more frequently she gets side effects such as extreme anxiety and hallucinations (seeing people at her windows etc when she lives in locked compound aged care facility). Is there anything else that could treat the tremor without such awful side effects?
