Hello, My Feet All Around The Toes, Especially The Ring

Hello, my feet all around the toes, especially the ring toes, the ones next to the tiny toe are always numb & they feel like they are twisting inward. Now the severe pain shoots across the tops of my toes and radiates up the bones in my calf and chin all the way up to my thigh bone, making walking difficult. The pain has me going crazy & my legs have lost their muscle mass. It feels like I'm not getting any blood to my legs, but my legs or feet are pink & look fine. The muscles feel stiff & painful also.
