Hello My Fiancé Had Toe Numbness That Went Up Her

Hello my fiancé had toe numbness that went up her legs. Been going on a week. She has lower back pain and getting hot flashes sometimes. I have taken her to ER they test her blood and urine said everything is normal, also took her to an urgent care and her own dr. She was getting slightly better but went to chiro and got worse. What is this and what should we do?
