Hello My Fifty Five Year Old Girlfriend Who Smokes And

Hello my fifty five year old girlfriend who smokes and who due to chronic pain in both her lower back and after having the verrucous veins stripped out of her legs and who use's hereon daily is always telling me she is cold even if the temp is like 83 out side and this has been going on for a long time now, might you please tell me what may be causing this and what I might be able to do to help her not feel so cold all the time also she eats well but she is not hot on eating red meats and I was kind of thinking maybe she needs like iron pills or other supplements. o and I am sorry my name is Curt Czech, in Tucson, AZ o and by the way I am a disabled vet with no income can you please help me.???
