Hello, My Foot Has Been Hurting For A Couple Of

Hello, my foot has been hurting for a couple of weeks. Thought it would go away by now. Last night, I gently rubbed the source and felt a bump at the top of the pad of my foot. I asked my wife to look at it this morning and she said there was a black spot on the foot.
