Hello, My Friend Has Lost Interest In All Of His

Hello, my friend has lost interest in all of his previous passions, has episodes of blackouts apparently caused by annoyance and anger, is claiming to have had and still have MPD as an explanation and has just told me that he found himself strangling his new puppy while feeling no remorse. If you can help in any way I would appreciate it.
