Hello, My Friend Who Has Copd, Is On Oxygen At

Hello, my friend who has copd, is on oxygen at night and takes alot if medications, inhaler, ect but lately she has and cough attacks till she throws up and she has some green stuff coming out if eyes after she vomits? I still feel she may have allergies but doctors dont seem to say anything about that. They give her steroids shot and the pearl pills for cough ehen needed. Is this all caused from her copd? Thank you for any help.
