Hello My Friend's Metal Baseball Bat Hit My Chin, And

Hello my friend's metal baseball bat hit my chin, and now I have a bump that feels like bone sticking out. It was bruised for about a week. Now the bruising has subsided but a bump remains. This has changed my chin line. Should I go in to get it looked at? Or continue putting ice on it?
