Hello, My Gender Is Female, 34yrs Old, Very Messed Up

Hello, my gender is female, 34yrs old, very messed up uterus w/fibroids, bicornuate uterus but they went in after 8 miscarriages and did so many surgeries I also have a tumor on the outside of my uterus. I couldn't stay where I was at anymore so I had to stay where I could, once 3 days in the woods. I've only been with one person, but that one person come to find out has been with plenty so my symptoms, now that i'm in a home, are on the lips of my private parts they tend to get swollen just about every day, a couple times my lymph nodes have hurt (which means infection to me) but I have a certain smell that will clear a room and is worse when I shower. I got tested for all STD's and came back clean. There is a knot right inbetween in the back but most of the time it's not there.
