Hello... My Girlfriend Has Been Having A Lot Of Health

Hello... my girlfriend has been having a lot of health issues lately and nothing has been found yet except her L4 & L5 is out and she has degenerative disc disease... this was found due to her having constant headaches and back pain... they prescribed her tramadol, flexeril, and mobic... for her pain and back.... but she is still continuing to have headaches and feels like her insides are on fire, at times she's hot to the touch yet others she isn't... her blood pressure is normally high when she gets it taken at the er or family physician but the say its due to her pain... we don't know what else to do we feel like we're going in circles... in her ct's and and mri's it shows no pressure or fluids... they never did a lumbar puncture to see if it was pseudotumor cerebri... when having headaches she complains of her eyes hurting... is it possible the mri's and ct's arent showing the ectra fluids? Please help me with some advice... should we push for a lumbar puncture to see if thats what is causing all this?
